Current Needs

To Continue current activities, the immediate needs include funds for:
Food
Transport
Materials and Equipment
Rent and Services
Staff remuneration

To fully fund the activities for a month costs around £400 per month, but the centre operates on whatever level of funding is actually availible, focusing on agreed priorities. But children still turn up for food.

The Assn. would like to be able to provide accomodation (emergancy or otherwise) for some of the children and so need:
A straw roof shelter in the courtyard: £50
Matresses, and sheets £100
Mosquito nets £20

A basic budget for 2010 is £475per month £4,800 for the year.

When funds are low, the assistants, Oumar and Bassidy, return half their pay to support the children. They get 40,000cf’s per month. ( ~£60)

Kader gives 20% of his own art sales to the Assn.
